Background Checks

At Lake Community Church, we believe in providing a ministry environment that creates the opportunity for children of all ages and walks of life to come and experience the love of God and be transformed by the saving work of Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. As part of our responsibility to fulfill this desire to love and care for the children of LCC, we require background checks on all adults that will be interacting with children in a church sponsored ministry. Please complete the following questionnaire to begin this process. Please answer the questions truthfully. Please know that the intent of this process is not to automatically disqualify you from serving, but to help us become appropriately informed as to who is working under our authority as an approved person of influence on behalf of Lake Community Church.
